The full cost of the tours will be charged at the time of confirmation of booking, of which 10% is nonrefundable. British Tours Ltd. requires credit card details and a signed authorisation by the cardholder, permitting British Tours Ltd. to charge to the card the specified costs of the confirmed arrangements.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

For tours where services are provided entirely by British Tours Ltd:

- Cancellations received by British Tours Ltd between the date of booking and 14 days prior to the tour will be subject to a cancellation charge of 10% of the tour price.

- Cancellations received by British Tours Ltd. between 14 days and 48 hours prior to the tour, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour price.

- Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour price.

British Tours recommends that all clients have suitable travel insurance.

Tours involving the Eurostar are nonrefundable and nontransferable once booked.

For tours which include the services of subcontractors including hotels, coaches, minibuses, theatres, planes, language services and the like, cancellations received by British Tours Ltd. shall, for that part of the cost that is represented by the services of such subcontractors, be subject to their individual cancellation policies. Hence the amount of any payments that British Tours Ltd. is obliged to make to a subcontractor as a result of such cancellation is not refundable.

Where British Tours Ltd provide meeting services at airports/seaports/railway stations and the arrival is substantially delayed and the tour cannot take place, the full cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy for aerial tours

A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The full balance will be charged 28 days prior to the tour date.

For cancellations in writing received by British Tours Ltd. less than 28 days but not less than 7 days before the scheduled departure of the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. For cancellations received with less than 7 days’ notice no money is refundable.

There is no cancellation charge if British Tours has to cancel the trip due to weather conditions preventing the flight: you would receive a full refund.

We recommend that clients take out travel insurance against any other eventualities that might prevent you taking this tour.
