About The Tour
Take the route that the Louis XIV or the Sun King would have led his court out of Paris to the Palace of Versailles. Built in the 17th century, it became the official residence of the Court of France. See the splendid grand apartments, the Queen's Bedchamber that still looks today as it did when Marie-Antoinette left during the revolution of 1789, the glorious hall of mirrors and splendid garden laid out by Le Notre with their many statues, fountains, pretty flower-beds and trees pruned into interesting shapes.
This tour is not available on Mondays. Please add £20 for collection from a Paris train station.
